Beth is a Senior Manager in charge of AMAZEment Action Playcenter our year-round indoor play ground, the Cedarland Fitness 'n Fun Summer Day Camps, and Golf & Batting.
Matt is a supervisor at AMAZEment Action Playcenter our year-round indoor playcenter.

Stacy is our Aquatic Program Director responsible for our Junior Swim lessons, swim teams, and water aerobics.
Judy is the Senior Manager responsible for the Bookkeeping Office.
John is the Senior Manager responsible for facilities maintenance of both the club and Cedarland Fun Center that includes AMAZEment, the Aquatic Center/Camp, and our Golf and Batting facility.
Wendy has 30 years+ in the Fitness Industry. She likes to work with people of all ages and fitness levels to provide a great workout

Karen is AFAA and TRX
certified. She has been a trainer for over 20 years throughout New England and has worked with a vairety of clients including those with undergoing cancer rehab to knee injuries as well as
newcomers wanting to
introduce health and fitness into their lives and their families lives.
She is tough but safe; she is honest, supportive and cares for her clients. She teaches permanaent lifestyle change and helps pave the way for their healthy future. Her programs are designed specifically for the needs and goals of each client. Karen uses all styles of training to help them achieve a place where they are comfortable.

Ed is a ISSA Certified
Personal Trainer and has been on the Cedardale Staff for 13 years.
Ed enjoys working with many different population types and is focused on helping Members set and achieve their Personal Fitness goals.

Lori is the Senior Manager in charge of the Fitness Center.
Jenna earned her degree in Biology from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where she played four years of softball. She also earned her master’s in exercise science and sport psychology from California University
After graduation, Jenna began her fitness career working in physical therapy focusing on corrective exercise. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and holds specializations in corrective exercise and speed and agility. She is currently working on obtaining her fitness nutrition specialization.
Jenna is a life long athlete. In addition to softball she played 18 years of ice hockey, field hockey and was a defensive lineman for the Women’s
Semi-Professional tackle football team the Boston Renegades.
Jenna’s focus is on creating individualized programs that are unique to each client and their goals that are both challenging and engaging using a combination of strength training, corrective exercise and agility.

Lindsay has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast and has always enjoyed playing competitive sports, including softball at UMASS - Amherst. Upon graduating, she entered the business world as a consultant and market
researcher but soon found her
passion was elsewhere. She began
pursuing a career in the fitness
industry through coaching at Phillips
Academy Andover where she works with the strength and conditioning and softball programs.
Lindsay focuses on building, improving and expanding upon each client’s fitness base with both challenging workouts and ample support. All
programs are individualized and focused on the client’s goals whether it be training for a particular sport, activity or general health and wellness.

Kelli has been active in the
Fitness Industry and Personal
Training field for over 15 years. She is certified through the American
College of Sports Medicine as a
Master Trainer. She also holds
certifications as a Parisi Speed School Coach, TRX, Johnny G
Spinning Instructor and TFW Coach. Kelli also is in the process of obtaining FMS Level 1 and 2 certifications, and currently serves as Director of
Personal Training at Cedardale.
Her focus is on helping clients achieve results, teaching proper form and nutrition, and overall health and wellness for a better quality of life.

Jeff is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He has 18 years experience working with all
populations both well and challenged.
Jeff’s goal is to be a
facilitator of a
healthier lifestyle for all his clients.

Mary has a Health & Fitness degree from Springfield College, Instructor Certifications from ACE and Mad Dogg (Spinning) along with being an Instructor for the American Red Cross.
At Cedardale, she is a Senior Manager with responsibilities for Group Exercise, Front Desk, Outdoor Summer Programs and more. She's been with Cedardale since 1983.
In the studio, she believes that taking a class should be enjoyable, challenging and leave you wanting more! She encourages you to talk with the instructor before and after class - ask questions, make suggestions and become part of the process.
Diane is the Marketing Director for the main club and all Cedarland operations.
Brittany is a Licensed Dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has worked with a broad range of clients including: pregnant and expecting mothers, children and infants. She has worked in clinical dietetics at North Shore Medical and WIC. Brittany’s passion is working with individuals in a preventative setting to provide education on the power of nutrition and show clients how to adapt healthy lifestyle behaviors. She has been an avid athlete her whole life participating in soccer and skiing for nearly 20 years. In her free time she enjoys taking spin class, hiking, walking her dog, running outside, and skiing all through the winter. She’s passionate about health and wellness and wants to help others adapt similar healthy habits in their personal lives and achieve any goals they set for themselves.

Sam received her Bachelor's with minor in exercise and sport from UConn and her Master's in nutrition and health promotion from Simmons College. Sam is a Registered Dietitian and a Certfified Personal Training. Sam is passion about helping others reach their health and wellness goals whether it is through exercise, diet, or a combination of the two.
Heather is in charge of the club Pro Shop.
Greg is the Senior Manager in charge of the Membership Sales Department, Basketball, Tennis, and the Pro Shop.

Director of Tennis
Adam has been with Cedardale for 13 years, 6 years as Director of Tennis. Adam has developed many juniors playing at various levels including high school, high USTA New England and collegiate levels. Adam has also coached a number of junior and adult teams to National Championshiops. Adam was a 4 year player at Merrimack College and is USPTA, PTR and High Performance Certified.
