March Nutrition Challenge

Goal:   Lose the most Body Fatimg

All participants will receive:

  •  Standardized weekly meal plan with recipes and a grocery list
  •  Access to a group Facebook page for support
  •  Weekly emails from Sam McCarthy our Registered Dietitian for motivation, accountability and nutrition tips

Rules:

  • All participants must weigh in with Sam by Thursday, March 1st to qualify.
  • Weigh ins will be conducted by appointment only.  Same will have a schedule posted outside her office.  Please sign up for your weigh in on the schedule.  Sam's office is located in the Fitness Center to the right of the entrance.
  • The participant who has lost the largest amount of body fat percentage will be the winner.  In the event there is a tie a percent of total weight lost will be the deciding factor.
  • All participants must complete their weigh in by the end of Tuesday, April 3rd to qualify.  A schedule will be posted again outside Sam's office to sign up for a weigh in time.

Fee: $25 per participant

Prize: $100 Whole Food Gift Card
