This month's lecture will focus on mastering mindful eating along with a food demo.  Join us as we discuss mindless eating:

  • Learn how to make changes in our homes, restaurants, supermarkets and workplace
  • Learn to mindlessley eat better and eat less
  • Learn strategies from the research of nationally renowned food psychologist Brian Wansink, Ph.D.
  • Food Demonstration:  How to Plan, Cook, & Pack for clean healthy carb protein-based breakfast and snacks.
