July 31st & August 24th

Ages 14 - 18

Need to get ready for a High School sport?  Want to get faster and stronger?  Just looking to learn the fundamentals of the weight room?  If you said "Yes" to any of these questions then this program is for you!

Finish the summer strong with our small group training to learn the basics and help prepare for the fall season.  Techniques will focus on learning proper form and building on functional movement patterns that sports require.

Classes to be held:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2:00 - 3:00 pm
Ages 14 - 18 years old
Fee:  $200 for the 4-week session / 2 classes per week.
