Mondays & Wednesdays
Ages 14 - 18:    9:00 - 10:00 am
Ages 10 - 13:  10:00 - 11:00 am

Session 1 starts this Monday!

Need to get ready for a sport?  Want to get faster and stronger?  Just looking to learn the fundamentals of the weight room?  If you said "Yes" to any of these questions then this program is for you!

Take the summer to get stronger and faster with our small group training to learn the basics and prepare for the fall season.  Techniques will focus on learning proper form and building on functional movement patterns that sports require.

Fee:  $250 for 4-week session / 2 classes per week
Session 1:  July 9 - August 1
Session 2:  August 6 - August 29
