We are committed to helping you get the most from your Cedardale Membership.  As a New Cedardale Member we recommend the first stop on your journey to be with a Wellness Coach.  This meeting is all about you!  You pick the type of session - Basic, Limited, or Comprehensive.  Each one will get you STARTed on your path to success here at Cedardale.

The content of your session will be based on your interests and needs.

Personal fitness profile/history, medical history,
nutrition history, lifestyle habits, and goal setting

General Fitness Assessment
Height, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate,

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
Includes all from General Assessment plus flexibility, 
strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and body
Club Integration
May include an equipment orientation, demo with
personal trainer, specific recommendations for tennis,
aquatics, basketball, nutrition - all based on your interests
