Member Online Services

Setting up a Member Login allows you to gain access to Member Online Services. At this time once logged in, you can make a payment, view and/or update your account information, register for Spinning, Tennis Round Robins, and Tennis Socials using your computer or mobile device.  

The account information available includes:

Mobile Member Account Information

         First Screen

  • Account Summary – View your account information and current class and program registrations.

  • Attendance Report – View and print your club check-ins.

  • Billing Information – View or change the account you have set up for dues.

  • Change Password – Change your Member Login password.

  • Contact Information – Update your contact information.

  • Make a Payment – Make a payment with a credit card.

  • Membership Agreement – View contract if available.

  • Buddy List – View and add buddies to your list.

Second Screen - to get to these options you must click the arrow on the far right of screen

  • Transaction Listing – View the transactions processed on your account for a given day or date range.

  • Statements – View your monthly statements.

  • Reservation Report – View any Spinning, Special Event or Tennis reservations that you have set up.

Within each account information option only the fields with a white background may be updated. The information in the gray fields cannot be adjusted online.

How do I create my Member Login?

To gain access you must first have a current email address under your account information in our club computer system. If do not or you do not know what email is on file, stop in or call our Andover Club at (978) 373-1596 option 1 or call the Bookkeeping Office at 978 373-1596 option 3 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please note that our system does not email to Verizon, AOL, or independent domains. If you have one of these emails please call one of the options above for your online credentials or supply us with an alternative email.

  • New Members: You will automatically receive an email upon joining stating your online credentials: username and password.
  • Existing Members who do not know their credentials:
    Desktop or Laptop Computer:
    Go to and click on the "Member Portal" button in
    the top center of the page. It will open a new tab in your browser.  

  Mobile Device:
Click on the first red button titled "Member Portal." You will most likely
need to expand the screen view on the mobile device.

    Select "Forgot Password/Create Logins? Click Here."

  • Enter the email address for your account and select “Submit.”

  • An email will be sent to that address within about a minute. It will contain your new login information.  Please note when you go to reset your password your “old password” is your “temporary password.”

  • Use the login information in the email to login. After logging in you will be given the option first to change your username, and second to change your password. Please note this initial login session is the only time you can change your username.

  • To proceed to online options select the small round “house” icon at the top left of the page. It will ask you to log in with your new login information.

How do I access Account Information options?

After logging in with your username and password, select the “Bookkeeping” button to:

  • Make Account Updates

  • Access Attendance Reports

  • Update Credit Card Information

  • View Transaction History and more

Note that to the right of the options offered on this screen is an arrow button pointing to the right that will bring up additional options.

How do I register for a Spin Class, Tennis Round Robin or Social?

Select the Group Classes Icon
A calendar will appear with the current week’s classes.  You can filter by:

  • Event type - Group Fitness or Tennis

  • Class Name - Spinning, Round Robin Saturday, Round Robin Sunday, etc

  • Instructor - please note the round robins will show as TBA, but there is no instructor

To register for a class/program please click on the class/program.  A box will appear with details and an ENROLL option in the upper right corner.  Click on Enroll. Select the member or members on your account that are enrolling then click Register. If it is a paid-for-program select participants and select NEXT. The next screen will review payment options. Once form of payment has been selected make sure to click SUBMIT PAYMENT to complete your registration.  If you do not click SUBMIT PAYMENT or REGISTER you will not be registered for the class.  To confirm you have successfully registered for the class/program please go to the Bookkeeping module and select Account Summary. Scroll to bottom and view Current Registrations. You should also receive a confirmation email from If you have one of the restricted email domains you will not receive a confirmation email.

How do I cancel out of a class or program?

To cancel out of a Spin class please:

  • Go to Account Summary section

  • Scroll to bottom of screen and click on section called “Current Reservations”

  • Click on class you wish to cancel

  • Select “Cancel Booking”

If you need to cancel out of a program that required payment please contact the club at (978) 373-1596 option 1.

How do I logout of Member Online Services?

Select “Sign Out” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  • Note that if you do not “Sign Out” you may remain logged in for an extended period of time, even if you close all pages associated with the Cedardale Page.
