Intro Group Exercise Classes

Looking to try a new workout??  The Group Exercise Department has just what you need!

Introductory classes in Yoga, Spinning, and Zumba.  Each class is 2 weeks in duration, free to all members and requires no sign-up - just drop in.

Intro to Zumba
Mondays, 5:30 - 6:00 pm

Intro to Yoga
Tuesdays, 5:50 - 6:30 pm
