Adult Summer Water Programs

Offerings range in intensity and degree in our Water Exercise classes that use the resistance of the water to create a great cardio and strength workout to the Swim Workout that is an actual swim practice varying every day in its drills and sets.  The Swim Workout Program and the Arthritis Class both required advance registration and run in a six week sessions.
