Aquatic Personal Training + Therapy

Aquatic Personal Training is a perfect workout for anyone seeking customized workouts tailored to their needs and fitness goals. It is a great alternative to other traditional training programs and provides the same fitness benefits, except you work out in a pool. A personal aquatics professional will assess your goals and needs, as well as address any medical issues you may have.

Aquatic Therapy Training

This is a perfect workout alternative if you are rehabilitating from illness or injury while offering the benefits of a tailored program in a warm and soothing water-based environment.

Both Aquatic Fitness Training and Aquatic Therapy Training are offered in Individual training packages, Semi-training packages (2 people) and Group training packages (4– 6 people). Swimming ability is not a requirement. Water shoes are recommended.
