Fitness On Demand
Fitness on Demand is up and running again in the studios! If you don't feel comfortable in large groups, this is a great option. Fitness on Demand are recorded videos, taught by fitness professionals. Workouts vary each day. These include: Yoga, Strength, HIIT, Cycling, and Dance.
The main studio is limited to 10 people at a time. There are Blue X's on the floor all 14 feet apart.

The cycle studio has 5 bikes set up, all 14 feet apart.
