Fall Prevention Program - Next Session

One out of four older adults fall each year resulting in major, often long term injuries and billions of dollars in health costs. To help fight against this issue we are introducing a Fall Prevention Program geared towards helping active agers with balance and mobility issues along with managing the fear of falling. Program is open to Members and Non Members. Our initial Fall Prevention program was very well received. We will be starting our next session mid September. Sept 13 - Oct 20
