Then this is the perfect program for you! In this 6-week program, you will receive the nutrition and exercise support you need to target that body fat. Weekly group workouts led by one of our personal trainers will help give you guidance on how to properly strength train to boost your metabolism. In addition, our Registered Dietitians will be providing a 6-week meal plan, nutrition education, and support throughout the program.
