Cedardale's Commit to Get Fit is not a quick fix diet or workout plan.  It is a comprehensive wellness program designed to provide an education on how to manage your weight properly and prevent chronic disease. You will learn the fundamental aspects of nutrition, exercise, weight loss, behavior change, and stress management.  You will also learn how to incorporate exercise - cardiovascular, strength, and core/flexibility into your daily routine.

Typical 90 Day Commit to Get Fit results (based on 1200 participants):

*Average weight loss of 5 - 20 lbs *Average waist size reduction of 2 inches
*Decrease in Body Fat Percentage     *Drop in blood pressure & cholesterol

Improvements in other metrics such as heart rate, strength, flexibility & percent body fat also attained.
