NEW! Fitness Talks with Kelli Mokeler

Fitness Director Kelli Mokeler will be offering fitness guidance through a new LIVE Fitness Talk series to be held on Monday nights at 5:30 pm starting tonight April 6th.  Each week will cover a different topic that will provide fitness guidance that we hope you can use to keep up your exercise routines at home. Tonight's topic is How to Make a Home Gym on the Fly.  She will discuss how to use items you might already have as well as what type and where to order some basic equipment.

We have updated the Virtual Group Ex Schedule starting on Wednesday, April 8th. We have also added several recorded virtual classes for you to take if you can't make the virtual class times. Strength + Conditioning Workouts
Our Cedardale Strength + Conditioning Coaches have worked hard to put together some great strength + conditioning workouts.  A new Performance (strength) or MetCon (endurance) workout is posted Monday through Friday.  Visit our How to Stay Healthy at Home page and follow the links.  Workouts will be posted on Cedardale's Facebook and Instagram as well.
