Summer Youth Athletic Development Program

Cedardale Coaching is offering a new youth athletic development program that will focus on performance training for young athletes. Training sessions will help your junior get faster, quicker, and stronger, as well as have more power and better endurance. It will also help prevent injuries and build confidence.

Each 1-hour session will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Movement training
  • Strength training
  • Conditioning
  • Cooldown

Sessions are open to male and female athletes of all sports and juniors looking to move more. Cedardale Coaching provides expert coaching and premium facilities. Participants will also receive weekly nutrition handouts and recipes regarding important nutrition concerns for active youth. 

Tracks will be offered:

FOUNDATION - Ages 9 - 13 

Training Sessions

Mon., Wed., + Fri 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Tues., + Thurs.           10:30 - 11:30 am


FAST-TRACK - Ages 14 - 17

Training Sessions

Mon., Wed., + Fri 10:30 - 11:30 am
Tues., + Thurs.   3:30 - 4:30 pm
