Cedardale Strength + Conditioning

In each Cedardale Strength + Conditioning(CSC) class you will experience a warm-up, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total-body strength exercises as well as high intensity metabolic conditioning.

Classes are broken up into Performance classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday focusing on total-body and core strength as well as cardio.  Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes are Metabolic Conditioning classes focusing on improving your cardio and burning calories.

With Cedardale Strength + Conditioning you will increase your strength, stamina, and energy levels while increasing your lean body mass.

Monday - Friday:

5:30 - 6:30 am

9:00 - 10:00 am

12:00 noon - 1:00 pm

5:30 - 6:30 pm (no class on Fridays)

Saturdays:

8:30 - 9:30 am
