Cedardale Strength + Conditioning Expanded Schedule
Monday - Thursday
Max participants is 12 per class. Registration is required and must be done on the Member Portal or the Mobile App.
In each Cedardale Strength + Conditioning(CSC) class you will experience a warm-up, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total-body strength exercises as well as high intensity metabolic conditioning.
Classes are broken up into Performance Classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday focusing on total-body and core strength as well as cardio. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes are Metabolic Conditioning Classes focusing on improving your cardio and burning calories.
With Cedardale Strength + Conditioning you will increase your strength, stamina, and energy levels while increasing your lean body mass. Come join our community of fitness driven members and see if this the right training for you!

This class limited to 5 CSC members will review and teach progression of the Olympic lifts - Clean, Snatch and Jerk.
