CSC101 - Introductory Weight Training
CSC 101 introduces participants to functional strength training and conditioning through foundational movements. Classes will be kept small with a maximum of 10 per class. This will allow for ample coaching so as to ensure correct form and the ability for modifications. This is a safe and progressive way to develop your strength training.
Focus will be on:
- Total body workouts that involve upper body, lower body, and core exercises
- Individualized coaching focusing on proper form and injury prevention
- Small class sizes - max of 10 per class for ample coaching
Days, Times + Fees:
Monday + Wednesday
4:00 pm
$120/month or $109/month with 6 month commitment
Ongoing Registration
All classes are 1 hour and include a warm-up and cool down.
