Club Cleaning + Disinfecting Protocol

Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocol for Indoor Facility:

    • Indoor two day porters 12 hours per day Monday - Friday, 8 hours Saturday and Sunday

    • Daily evening cleaning crew in the Main Club of three focusing on indoor floor maintenance (nightly deep cleaning of all high traffic floors including locker rooms, hallways, and rubber floors), and deep cleaning of all bathrooms. 

    • Surface disinfectant systems used on pool deck chairs, equipment in high usage areas and group exercise areas based on class schedule throughout the day

    • Cleaning is done with BruTab 6S a US EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer & Hi-Con a disinfectant cleaner used in hospitals, medical offices, and other healthcare facilities.

    • Signage posted to encourage hand washing and wiping of equipment.

    • Member Responsibility Code posted throughout the facility.

    • Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer located throughout the indoor facility.

 

Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocol for Outdoor Facility:

  • One day porter 8 hours per day 7 days per week
  • Employees, department heads and MOD periodically clean touch-points during busy times.

  • Outdoor pools and facilities (with the exception of players on tennis courts) are cleared and closed three times each day to allow for transition time between pool POD reservations. The playground, deck chairs, furniture and high touch-point areas are cleaned following each transition exit time. Each department is responsible for cleaning during the 30 minute reservation transition times:

    • Guards spray and sanitize deck chairs, pool touch points, picnic tables and playground.

    • Outdoor Cafe and Outdoor Desk staff clean tables, counters, playground, etc. in common areas including adult pavilion. Guards assist in pavilion area

    • Tennis pros clean tennis benches, ball carts, etc.. 

  • Disinfectant sprayers used on pool deck chairs, playground, and equipment in high usage areas. 

  • Cleaning is done with BruTab 6S a US EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer & Hi-Con a disinfectant cleaner used in hospitals, medical offices, and other healthcare facilities. Ingredient Sheets located at Reception, Outdoor Desk and at cedardale-health.net.

  • Signage posted to encourage hand washing and wiping of equipment.

  • Member Code posted throughout the facility.

  • Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer located throughout the outdoor facility.
