Coronavirus Update: Cedardale is closed
Friday, April 3rd
Updated: 11:45 am
Due to the coronavirus situation and the Governor's Shelter in Place order Cedardale Health + Fitness is closed until we receive guidance from the state government. If you have questions please contact Cedardale Executive Director Andrew Gunberg at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will we Re-Open?
Determining a reopening date is difficult at this time. As of right now the Governor is recommending closing through May 18th. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the city, state, and federal health officials' guidelines. We will communicate through email as well as posting updates on our website, facebook page and instagram.
What happens to my membership?
All active memberships will be placed on hold. Once we are able to re-open your membership will be reactivated.
What about my membership dues?
All members will be issued a refund for the unused portion of this month as of March 15th. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was made. We have many accounts and this will be a manual task so we do ask for your patience in this regard. It is our goal to have all refunds completed by the end of this month. This includes the Cedardale Strength + Conditioning monthly dues, KidZone monthly dues and locker rental fees.
What about pre-paid group programs and lessons?
All prepaid group programs such as swim lessons, tennis lessons, tennis contracts and specialty programs will be refunded for the unused portion.
We want to thank you again for your understanding and patience in this very unusual time. The Cedardale community is no stranger to challenges. We have no doubt that together the Cedardale community will once again overcome this adversity and come out stronger for it.
Please see our page on Staying Healthy at Home Page for ways to stay active and healthy during this time.
