Cedardale Strength + Conditioning is BACK!
Monday - Thursday
Max participants is 9 per class. As of Dec 13th masks are required in class unless member has been granted a medical exemption and is wearing the identifying bracelet. To apply for an exemption please contact Andrew Gunberg at email@example.com.
Registration is required and must be done on the Member Portal or the Mobile App.
In each Cedardale Strength + Conditioning(CSC) class you will experience a warm-up, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total-body strength exercises as well as high intensity metabolic conditioning.
Classes are broken up into Performance Classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday focusing on total-body and core strength as well as cardio. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes are Metabolic Conditioning Classes focusing on improving your cardio and burning calories.
