Dr. David Palma, MD
Dr. Palma is a member of the spine team at Orhopaedics Northeast. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine. He completed his training at Alabama Orthopedic Spine and Sports Medicine Associates (AOSSMA). Dr. Palma specializes in non-surgical treatment of headaches, neck and back pain.
Dr. Scott Dowd, MD
Dr. Dowd is a member of the spine team at Orthopaedics Northeast and specializes in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine with particular interest in disorders of the spine and interventional treatments, sports related injuries, musculoskeletal medicine, pain management, and occupational injuries. Dr. Dowd is also extensively trained in a wide variety interventional procedures of the neck and back.
Neil Washington PT, ATC, CSCS
Neil is a Physical therapist and Director of Outpatient Programming for Northeast Rehab. Has 20+ years of clinical experience and been with Northeast Rehab for 12 years, specializing in sports medicine, spine care and functional training. Neil is a graduate of Quinnipiac College where he obtained his degree in physical therapy and his national certification as an Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked with athletes at the youth level all the way up to and including professional and Olympic athletes.
Jim Woop MPT, OCS
Jim is a physical therapist with 20+ years of clinical experience and has a specialty certification in orthopedics. Jim has extensive training in manual techniques and specializes in the treatment of the neck and back. He works at the Spine Center at Northeast Rehab, but has also worked as a manager for other local therapy organizations specializing in the treatment of the spine.
