Quarantine 15 Rebound Program

The Quarantine has caused havoc to a number of things including our overall fitness and nutrition routines. The Quarantine 15 Rebound Program is designed to get you back in control of your health and wellness with the goal of weight loss, strengthened immune system, lowered risk factors and overall wellbeing.
The Quarantine 15 is a 9 week program that includes the following:
- Initial 1-on-1 Assessment and Goal Setting with 3-D Bodyscan by STYKU
- Individualized Nutrition Plan
- Periodized Workouts
- Weekly Group Support Sessions include a 30-minute Nutrition + Fitness Q & A with Fitness Director Kelli Mokeler and Registered Dietitian Samantha McCarthy and a 1 hour coached workout with Fitness Director Kelli Mokeler

- Final Assessment with 3-D Styku Bodyscan
Weekly Support Session Meeting Times:
Mondays, 10:30 am - 12 noon
Tuesdays, 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm
