Traditional Tai-Chi

This is a low impact Taoist martial arts practice initially performed with slow and graceful steps with distinct internal postures.  An evidence-based exercise Tai-Chi reduces high blood pressure and poor cholesterol levels, as well as increasing balance and reducing anxiety.  Many cultures around the world enjoy this fascinating art form.  Tai Chi is now on the complimentary Group Exercise Class schedule and is part of your membership at no additional charge.

Days/Times: Mondays + Fridays

Arthritis Class in Warm Pool

Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation, this class utilizes the benefits of warm water and buoyancy to work through a gentle, fluid range of motion movements. It is designed to reduce body fatigue, pain, and joint stiffness, while improving mobility, muscle strength, and balance. Swimming ability is not required.

Pre-registration is required.

Delay the Disease Exercise Program for Parkinson's Patients 

This national recognized program designed by OhioHealth Neuroscience is designed to empower those living with Parkinson's disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay

the progression of symptoms.

Participants report:

  • Regained ability to successfully manage the disease
  • maintenance of independence
