Getting Fit With Tennis
Want the fun of playing a sport but also want to make sure it is a good workout? We have the answer!
This group class is designed for fun and high intensity concentrating on movement and play patterns. This class gives the participants a nonstop aerobic workout. In the class players will do fun and energetic tennis drills focusing on doubles play. Players can be beginners or advance players - skill level does not matter. All drills are based on doubles play.
Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Sundays 8:00 am - 9:30 am
Mondays 6:30 am - 8:00 am
9:00 am - 10:30 am
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
8:00 pm- 9:30 pm
Fridays 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
