How To Reserve/Book Online

To ensure we meet the state's guidelines for capacity limits and contact tracing all Members will need to have one of the following reservations to access the club during our initial outdoor reopening phase:

  • Pool Pod Reservation  (3-hour reservation time blocks)

  • Lap Swimming or Deep Water Use Registration  (1-hour reservation block)

  • Tennis Court Booking or Registration in a Tennis Lesson/Program/Clinic

  • Outdoor Exercise Class Registration

Reservations and Class bookings for the above activities can be made from both the Online Member Portal and the Cedardale Mobile App. If you have not used either please take a few minutes to view the videos below that demonstrate how to access both:

Pool Pods Reservations

To adhere to state guidelines that include social distancing, capacity limits, cleaning and contact tracing protocol we are required to implement a pool reservation system for recreational swimming.  We have set up multiple "pods" around each of the pools to allow for required social distancing.  Below are details on the reservation system policies followed by video links for How To Make a Reservation through both the Online Portal and the Mobile App.

Pool Pod Reservation Time Periods:

9:00 am - 12 noon

12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Please note:  Our computer system can only show a maximum block of 2 hours.  The Pool Pod reservation is in reality a 3 hour reservation despite what you see in the system or receive for a notification.

Number of Pods by Pool:

Pool Number of Pods

Baby Pool 7 pods

Three Ft Pool 8 pods

Main Pool 44 pods

Adult Only Pool 9 singles/4 doubles (must be 18 years or older to book at Adult Pool)

If necessary we will offer Pods on the Hill area surrounding the Main Pool. There will be no chairs in these pods. Please bring a blanket or large towel.

General Pod Reservation Rules

  • All pods will be numbered and correspond to your reservation confirmation.

  • Each pod will have 2 lounge chairs distanced 6 feet from the next pod.  Please place all your belongings in your pod area.  You may move from pool to pool physically but if the capacity limit per pool is reached you may be asked to move to the pool where your pod is reserved.

  • Pods can be reserved 24 hours in advance.

  • The Primary Account Holder is the only one that can make a reservation.

  • Each account is limited to one pod reservation per day.

  • If there are available pods for a reservation period an account may book an additional pod on the same day.  Available pods will be released 45 minutes prior to a reservation block.  For example, if there are unbooked pods in the 9 am reservation block you will be able to book these pods starting at 8:15 am.  To book your additional pod you will need to contact the club by calling 978-373-1596.

  • Adult Pool Pods can only be booked by members 18 years or older.  There are both single pods and double pods around the Adult Only pool please select accordingly.

  • All attendees must be listed on your reservation.  Attendees must be an active member and a member of your household.  If not, you will not be give access to the club. As a reminder no guests are allowed in the club.

  • You may cancel a reservation but changes to attendees on your reservation can only be made during check-in.  If you need to cancel please do so in a timely manner so another member can have access to the pool.

  • All members must leave at the end of the reservation period so the deck and chairs can be cleaned prior to the next time period; this includes eating areas as well.

Lap Swimming + Water Walking + Deep Water Use

We have set up a specific time dedicated to lap swimming, newly added Water Walking and use of the deep water area (12 feet) from 8 am - 9 am daily.  For lap swimming are limited to 8 swimmers /1 swimmer per lane unless you are sharing with someone from your same household. Lap swimmers will use the 25 yard lanes on the right hand side of the pool.  Water Walkers (max 4)will be using the 20 yard left hand side of the main pool area.  The Deep Water area can hold 4 swimmers.

You have the opportunity to swim laps during a regular pool pod reservation time but it will be on a first come, first serve basis and on hot days we may need to limit the number of lap lanes in the pool to accommodate more recreational swimmers.

All reservations begin 24 hours in advance. Again you can use either the Online Portal or the Mobile App to register.
