Business Operations Assistant

 

Primary responsibility is to support and assist the business office in daily bookkeeping duties, general HR support, payroll and office administration.

General office duties include answering member inquiries, assisting employees with new hire paperwork and health benefit administration. Learning club software to support Accounting Administrator and membership. Provide administrative support to both the Business Office Director and the Executive Director and assist with Cedardale's intern program.

Assistant bookkeeping duties include daily work, handling cash, entering accounts payable and related accounting projects as needed.

· Strong communication skills.

· Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks.

· Familiar with general accounting principles.

· Able to multi-task and prioritize.

· Human Resource and ADP payroll experience is a plus.

· Light bookkeeping experience required.
