Courtside Cafe Cook
The cook’s primary responsibility is to support Cedardale’s food and beverage services and assist in maintaining Courtside Café by adhering to health and safety policies, state and local regulations regarding safety and service of food.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Food preparation including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking.
- Work with servers to ensure orders are complete according to requests in a timely
manner. - Cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of the
shift. - Follow kitchen closing procedures.
Other requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hours:
- Part-time availability
- Evenings and Weekends
