It is soooo worth the commitment. It really is the most worthwhile class I have ever taken. It helped in ways I didn't even think it would. Even the exercise classes I ended up not enjoying were important to me because I probably would have never tried and always wondered about. Also, it gives me ideas for the future. Definitely sign up for it if you are serious about changing your way of life. It is a great program for permanent change. Changes were slower but more manageable and are more lasting. After completing the program I’m still eating well, going to the gym and still steadily losing weight. - Julie B
