Barre Classes are Here!

You have heard about it.  Perhaps even wondered what it is. Well, now it is time to try it!
Barre Classes have arrived:

Mondays, 7:05 - 7:50 pm
Tuesdays, 12:15 - 12:55 pm & 4:00 - 4:40 pm
Thursdays, 9:15 - 10:00 am &  5:30 - 6:10 pm
Sundays, 9:30 - 10:00 am

Barre classes are designed to be on all body workout that will strengthen and tone your muscles.  Exercises are done with precise movements and sometime very small range of motion.  You may use a bar for balance, a small ball for resistance or just your own body weight.

Participants will need to bring a yoga mat.  We recommend you wear sneakers, socks with grip or go barefoot.
