Pre + Postnatal Yoga

Pre and Postnatal Yoga is designed specifically for new and expecting moms. This type of yoga will focus on breathing, alignment and safe and effective poses you can continue to do through all stages of pregnancy and recovery from child birth. Classes offered every Thursday night.
