Our HealthyLIVING 90-day wellness program is not a quick fix diet or workout plan; it is a comprehensive overall program that focuses on nutrition with real foods, behavior modification, exercise and stress management - a true lifestyle change.

Who needs balance training? People who have suffered or are experiencing any of the following conditions: stroke, diabetes, neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, orthopedic and gait issues as well as general deconditioning. Our Better Balance for Life program is based on medical evidence that will improve balance, increase walking speed, decrease falls, improve sit to stand ability and enhance overall daily living activities. Program is open to Members and Non Members.

This month we will be offering 15-Minute Evaluations by Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network Physical Therapists. This is a great opportunity to get a second opinion on an ailing injury or pain. Recommendations will be given for follow up as needed. This is not designed as a treatment sessions.
