Youth Programs

Cedardale offers recreational type activities and programs for junior members as well as sport-specific lessons, teams, camps and fitness training options. We also provide supervised child care for juniors age 1 - 8 for when Mom and Dad need a workout.
Non Members are always welcome in our Lessons, training programs, and camps.

Summer Junior Swim + Dive Team

It's time for some summer fun with our Junior Swim + Dive Teams! We have teams for those 6 and Under right up through 18 years of age.  Our teams compete in the Summer Aquatic League made up of local outdoor swim clubs.  Participants must be a Cedardale member.

Is your junior basketball player looking to improve their shot? Check out our Summer Junior Shooting Clinics run by Jeff Nelson. Clinics will be offered to boys and girls ages 7 - 15. Jeff Nelson is a former advance pro scout for several NBA teams.

    Designed for Junior Members 12 - 13 years of age to receive independent access to all Fitness areas within the club.  We highly recommend the student fitness certification program to all Student Members (14 - 18 years of age) so they may attain a better understanding of fitness as well as safe exercising technique.

    Sports Stars for Kids Vacation Workshops

    Full day activity-based sports workshops are offered on Mass school vacation weeks for children ages 5 - 10 years old through Sports Stars for Kids and held at aMAZEMent Action Playcenter. aMAZEment is part of our Cedarland Fun Center facility located down the street from the main club.
