Beginners Running Classes
Dreaming of being able to run your first 5k, 10k or may be just want to have some fun and meet new and exciting people? Well, check out this new running program designed just for beginners. Classes will include:
runs outside
treadmill workuts
breathing and form work
sprint and hill workouts
outside workouts
nutrition tips
strength & conditioning tips
These will be 60 minute classes held on Sunday mornings from 8 - 9 am beginning Sunday, April 28th.
Class fee: $20/class
