MYZONE MATCH Classes

MYZONE Match is fun way to get the work done! 

This spin class uses our MYZONE technology to challenge you to be in a certain heart rate zone for a certain amount of time.  At the end of class you can see how accurate you were.  It is a fun gamification and you get to see how much you can control your heart rate up and down!
