Boot Camp Basics has been developed to educate, inspire, and change everyone in regards to a healthy lifestyle!  this program is designed to have a "No Failure" rate.  With the combination of nutrition and fitness plans, coaching, teamwork, and camaraderie, you WILL succeed!

Boot Camp Basics is for you if:
*You want to lose weight
*You are working out and not getting results
* You are looking for a small group/trainer situation to help you succeed

In Boot Camp Basics you will learn the important combination of diet, basic strength training and cardiovascular exercise to FINALLY get the results you have been looking for and deserve!

Boot Camp Basics Class Schedule:
Team Wendy        Mon., Wed., & Fri.        10 am - 11 am
Team Michael       Mon., Wed., & Fri.        11 am - 12 noon
Team Ed               Tues., Thurs., & Fri.       6 pm - 7 pm
Team Toni            Tues., Thurs.,                  5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
                            & Wed.                          6 pm - 7pm

Participants sign up for the Team that fits their schedule.  Classes meet 3 times per week for 4 weeks.
Session runs from Oct 6th - Oct 31st.

Fees:    $300/ 4 week session
Teams are limited to a maximum of 6 participants
