Take It Off - Lose It in 30 Minutes is our new weight loss program based on our Kinesis training equipment. Come lose inches and tone your entire body by burning 30% more calories than traditional weight training. This 30 minute total body workout on Kinesis emphasizes the core while using fat burning circuit and interval training to promote weight loss. Personal Trainer Melanie Roofe will push you through this challenging workout and also give you weekly nutritional tips.
Program will consist of 1/2 hour class per week for 4 weeks. Session fee is $60. Limited to 5 per class.
Classes will be offered a variety of days and times:
Mondays, 6 pm
Tuesdays, 12 noon & 5:30 pm
Thursdays, 12 noon & 5:30 pm
Fridays, 12 noon
