Member Policies
All members are responsible for following the Member Code of Conduct.
No guests should accompany the client during the personal service except for persons serving as caretakers or guardians. Guests should observe all other requirements of customers, including wearing face coverings and maintaining 6’ of separation from other persons present.
Registration is required for all PT Sessions. Payment is required before PT sessions. Contactless payments methods handled through PT/FD and Business Office. Registration will also be used as a log to support potential contact tracing.
Clients need to wait outside the PT Pod until their scheduled training time.
Members must remain at least 6 feet away from others at all times. Including employees.
All Members should use a day locker for personal belongings. Only SMALL bag will be allowed in fitness area to carry gym accessories.
Participants bring their own filled water bottle. Public water bubblers at this time are closed.
When entering and exiting Cedardale, a mask is REQUIRED.
Handsanitizer will be located on sight for use when entering and exiting the building.
Individual restrooms will be available for use, washing hands, and wipes will be available for door handles.
During the initial reopening phase, showers are not available.
Employee Policies
All Employees will be required to check in at Reception for temperature check and screening. Employees will also be logged to enable contact tracing.
All Employees are required to wear face coverings.
Hand washing and sanitizing is required when entering the building, and frequently during the employees shift, and as needed.
Hand sanitizer will be located in CSC for employee use.
A First Aid kit is available and located in the Reception Support Office.
All Employees are responsible for maintaining 6’ physical distancing among Members and co-workers.
Personal Trainers are allowed to reserve a fully equipped PT Pod, and must remain inside the PT Pod. Personal Trainers should avoid sharing fitness equipment.
PT Pods require regular and not less than daily cleaning and sanitation of all high-touch areas such as benches, weights/KB’s, and fitness accessories. All equipment MUST be cleaned between clients. Observe the contact time on the disinfectant label for the product to work properly.
All PT Sessions need to have a 15 minute buffer before and after CSC SGT for cleaning and sanitizing.
All employees are responsible for learning Wipe ~ Work ~ Wipe Protocols for their department.
All employees are responsible for knowing where cleaning and disinfecting supplies are stored at their work station. Responsible for restocking supplies at the beginning and end of each shift.
Employees are responsible for cleaning their PT Pod.
Limit meeting sizes, ensure 6’ of social distancing and encourage remote participation.
Stagger work schedules, lunch and break times, regulating maximum number of people in one place and ensuring at least 6’ of physical distance. E.g. employee lounge areas.
Minimize the use of confined spaces by more than one individual at a time; all workers in such spaces at the same time are required to wear face coverings.
Mandatory Hygiene and Safety Protocols posted in the Support Office and CSC Space.
