Reception Attendant
The primary responsibility is to handle all member inquiries and respond in a friendly and efficient manner. We are expected to provide the highest quality service to all members, non-members, and internal customers. This is the central hub for providing accurate information and maintaining consistent processes and procedures. When our members walk into Cedardale, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and competent professional. The ideal team member has excellent communication and multitasking skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a changing role and work environment.
Hours:
- Part-time availability
- Evenings and Weekends
