TRX & Kinesis - New Class Schedule

Jump start your workouts with a small group training class.  We have an awesome schedule of both Kinesis and TRX weekly classes.  Classes are 30 minutes in length with a max of 6 people per class.  Class Fee:  $15.

TRX
This is a dynamic and functional method of fitness that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  A Personal Trainer will guide you through a challenging, effective strength workout.

Kinesis
Kinesis means movement.  Time in movement is the training goal rather than repetitions.  Kinesis is not just equipmnet but a special 3 dimensional, 360 degree conditioning program.  You will train in a comfortable private studio with a Personal Trainer who will lead you toward a new experience to rediscover the natural movements of your body.
