BOXING TABATA
Mondays, 9:00 - 9:55 am

This class is a mix of kickboxing and tabata intervals to give you a full body workout. No muscle is left untrained. You can go at your own pace enjoying the upbeat music.


KICKBOXING
Wednesday, 9:00 - 9:55 am

This is a fun, high energy cardio workout involving kickboxing basics and strength training. You will kick, punch, and strengthen to upbeat songs.
