Cedardale provides top notch swimming lessons and development swim teams for juniors as young as 8 months right up through 14 years of age. Our lessons and teams during the indoor season are held at our Cedarland Aquatic Center located just down the street from our main health club.

Whales Tales water safety program is designed for children ages 4 and older and is focused on developing the skills and knowledge that contribute to safety in, on, and around water. Whales Tales was created by the American Red Cross and is great for school groups, scout groups and any other group of children so they can learn to be safe around the water.
