Snowbird Hold Policy
Cedardale is happy to accommodate our 62+ members with a “Snowbird Hold” service.
Eligibility Requirements:- Must be age 62 or older
- Holds begin on the 1st or 15th of the month only.
- Cannot be combined with any other holds with the exception of a medical hold
- No Fee for this hold
- Timeframe: Minimum of 2 consecutive months and Maximum of 6 consecutive months during the period of one year.
- The form below must be submitted no later than the 26th to be processed for the next month.
- Monthly Locker rental fees will continue to be charged unless you cancel your locker rental (form required) and remove contents. (If you cancel your locker there is no guarantee that there will be a locker available for rent when you return.
- Your monthly Membership fee will automatically be deducted on the 1st of the month following the HOLD END DATE indicated on your form If you do not provide the month of your return, your EFT membership will automatically start on the 1st of the 7th month.
