Fitness/Group Exercise Use

Junior Members 10-13 years old
Juniors in this category may use the Fitness Center on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 - 6 pm under the direct supervision of a parent.  

Junior Members 14 and Over
Juniors in this age category have full access to the Fitness Center.  We strongly recommend that any junior in this age category that is new to the Fitness Center take part in a 'New Member Orientation.'  This allows the junior to familiarize themselves with the fitness equipment and be set up on a workout program.

Gym, Racquetball Courts, Group Exercise, and Track
Juniors 10 and older may use the gym. The Racquetball courts are available to Juniors 10 and older Monday through Friday until 5:00pm. Weekend use is based on availibility. Group Exercise classes are open to all juniors 10 and older. The indoor track is restricted to juniors 14 and older.
