NEW HealthyWEIGHT Nutrition Program

This 6-week nutrition program will teach you how to lose or manage your weight in a healthy, sustainable way.  Each week you will meet in a group and discuss various nutrition topics that include:

  • Proper Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping
  • Mindful and Intuitive Eating
  • Proper Portion Control
  • Basics of Macros - Protein, Fats and Carbs

Weekly discussions will be run by one of Cedardale's Registered Dietitians.  The program includes:

  • 6-weekly group nutrition sessions 1-hour each
  • 2 individual nutrition counseling sessions outside of group meetings
  • Pre and post body composition analysis
  • Meal journaling and feedback
  • Group Support
  • Accountability

Tuesdays, July 27 - August 31 | 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Wednesdays, July 28 - Sept 1st | 9:30 - 10:30 am
