NEW HealthyWEIGHT Nutrition Program
This 6-week nutrition program will teach you how to lose or manage your weight in a healthy, sustainable way. Each week you will meet in a group and discuss various nutrition topics that include:
- Proper Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping
- Mindful and Intuitive Eating
- Proper Portion Control
- Basics of Macros - Protein, Fats and Carbs
Weekly discussions will be run by one of Cedardale's Registered Dietitians. The program includes:
- 6-weekly group nutrition sessions 1-hour each
- 2 individual nutrition counseling sessions outside of group meetings
- Pre and post body composition analysis
- Meal journaling and feedback
- Group Support
- Accountability

Wednesdays, July 28 - Sept 1st | 9:30 - 10:30 am
