Intro Group Ex Classes

Join one of our many intro classes to learn more about the class, how to set up equipment, proper form, and typical exercises used in class. Our instructors will take you through the basics so you feel comfortable going to a class on your own!

Intro to YOGA

Intro to BodyPUMP
  • Friday, Dec. 1st at 11:00am
  • Tuesday, Dec. 19th at 7:15pm
Intro to TRX
  • Friday, Dec. 8th at 11:00am
Intro to SPIN
  • Monday, Dec. 11th at 10am
  • Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 7:15pm
Intro to ZUMBA
  • Thursday, Nov. 30th at 7:45pm
  • Friday, Dec. 15th at 11:00am
  • Thursday, Dec. 21st at 7:45pm
Intro to PILATES
  • Monday, Dec. 4th at 11:15am

**All intro classes are 30 minutes in length.
