Intro Group Ex Classes

Join one of our many intro classes to learn more about the class, how to set up equipment, proper form, and typical exercises used in class. Our instructors will take you through the basics so you feel comfortable going to a class on your own!

Intro to TRX

**All intro classes are 30 minutes in length.
