Youth Programs

Cedardale offers recreational type activities and programs for junior members as well as sport-specific lessons, teams, camps and fitness training options. We also provided supervised child care for juniors age 1 - 8 for when Mom and Dad need a workout.
Non Members are always welcome in our Lessons, training programs, and camps.

Junior Strength + Conditioning Team Training

Junior strength + conditioning is for juniors age 13 - 17 to master the building blocks of safe and effective strength + conditioning exercises to prevent injuries and prepare for sports. READ MORE for complete details.

Family Swim Times at Cedarland Aquatic Center

Join us at the Cedarland Aquatic Center for some family swim time! Cedarland Aquatic Center is located right down the street from the main club at 888 Boston Road.

    KidZone Supervised Child Care

    KidZone child care services allow Mom or Dad to keep to their workout schedule. KidZone activities include active fun as well as arts 'n craft projects. Kidzone is open to juniors age 1 - 8 years old.

    Youth Fitness Certification

    Designed for Junior Members 12 - 13 years of age to receive independent access to all Fitness areas within the club.  We highly recommend this program to all Student Members (14 - 18 years of age) so they may attain a better understanding of fitness as well as safe exercising technique.
