Healthy Back Strength + Conditioning Program

Learn the cause of back pain, how the spine works and exercises that will strengthen your core to build back 
stability.

Program places a strong emphasis on safe movement for your back to prevent further injuries and to live a more pain free life.

Cedardale Certified Personal Trainer with over 35 years of training experience specializing in age proofing baby boomers, sports conditioning, post natal and physical therapy workouts.
