Pre + Postnatal Yoga
Pre and Postnatal Yoga is designed specifically for new and expecting moms. This type of yoga, held every other Thursday, will focus on breathing, alignment and safe and effective poses you can continue to do through all stages of pregnancy and recovery from child birth.
The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.
Members register on mobile app, member portal or Reception. Class is complimentary.
