Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is designed specifically for new moms to-be. This type of yoga, held every other Thursday, will focus on breathing, alignment and safe and effective poses you can continue to do through all stages of pregnancy. It is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.
